Ultimate 101: Laying Out The Game (2004) is an excellent DVD by the UPA and Wham-O that explains the basics of playing Ultimate. The link above is a free video.google film.

Ultimate Fitness: Fitness Training for Ultimate Players by Bryan Doo and Dan Cogan-Drew. This DVD takes you through 39 exercises from warm-up to cooldown. Join Bryan and Dan as they show you how to improve your flexilbilty, speed, agility, quickness, and core strength. Follow the exercises on the DVD as you take your game to the next level, with less chance of injury along the way. Bryan Doo is the owner of Optimal Fitness in Boston, Massachusetts. He has trained NBA, NHL, and Olympic athletes. Dan Cogan-Drew is a longtime Ultimate coach. Bryan and Dan are former teammates on Boston's legendary Ultimate Club team Death or Glory.
